Model turned actress Sandali Sinha hailing from an air force background was keen on becoming a doctor. But an amateur fashion show changed the career graph of this commerce graduate. With in a short span of time, the young lass became a popular model and featured in ads like Pepsi, Lakme, Ponds, Close Up, Fair & Lovely, De Beers etc. Born and brought up in Delhi, this doe-eyed beauty shot into fame with Sonu Nigam's music video 'Deewana'. Her first acting assignment was 'Tanha', a tele serial and then she made her transition onto the big screen with the film 'Tum Bin' (2001). Then came Om, Pinjar (2003), Ab Tumhare Hawale.. (2004), Nigehbaan (2005). She has also acted in a Telugu movie 'Orey Pandu'.
