Late Wednesday, the New York Times Web site identified "Kristen" as 22-year-old Ashley Alexandra Dupre. A native of New Jersey, she lives in Manhattan's Flatiron District.
Dupre's attorney said she had been subpoenaed to testify in a grand jury investigation. She had not been charged.
Born Ashley Youmans, Dupre did not tell the Times when she started working for the Emperors Club VIP or how often she had liaisons through the reputed call-girl ring. She would not comment on Eliot Spitzer.
